Wella Professional’s TrendVision Award has become one of the most iconic hair competitions in the hairdressing calendar. Regional finals take place around the UK and Ireland and the final is held at the iconic Roundhouse in London.
ZeeFX has designed and created the screen graphics and animations for both the awards ceremony and the catwalk presentations since 2016, working each year to a brief from Creative Director Andy Turner from atcreates.co.uk.
Shown below is some content from the past two years' regional and final shows.
For the 2017 finals at the Roundhouse, the stage set had three vertical LED screens and one
20-metre screen directly above the catwalk. The video above is a 3D simulation of how the content looked for one of the catwalk presentations. This helped the creative team to better visualise the screen output before rendering the high-res files.
